Advance Steel Fundamentals online
Description
The Advance Steel Fundamentals live online training covers essential and core topics for working with Advance Steel software. In the training you will create a sample 3D steel model and generate documentation such as GA plans, bills of material and shop drawings based on predefined standards.

Prerequisites
Attendees will need experience with Autodesk AutoCAD and an understanding of structural detailing practices and documentation. Experience with the Windows operating system is also required.
Online attendees will need to:
- Download and install the latest version of TeamViewer: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup_x64.exe
- Download and install the Microsoft Teams application rather than joining through the weblink for improved reliability.
- Have two screens set up (one screen for software, one screen for exercise steps)
- Have the latest version of the software installed and running
- Have a headset and mic (mic is optional as you can use the text window to communicate)
Courseware
A digital course manual will be provided.
Certification
Once a course evaluation is completed by attendees, an Autodesk certificate of completion is issued. You must complete the evaluation within thirty days of the course to receive the certification.
