Revit Structure Fundamentals classroom
Description
In the Revit Structure Fundamentals classroom training course, you will create a full 3D structural project model in Revit. The course includes an exploration of the Revit user interface, learning core and essential drawing, editing and viewing tools, and creating construction documents.

- UI tour, project navigation and view creation selecting a template and linking CAD and Revit files as the basis of a project
- Element selection and manipulation
- Visibility control and categorisation

- System family editing
- Basic schedules and legends
- Geometry formation and in-place families
- Slab and roof tools
- Stairs, ramps and railings

- Construction sequencing (phasing)
- 2D draughting and annotation
- Sheet compilation and publication
- Basic subdivision and collaboration
- Introduction to the principles of family editing
- Considering options and alternatives
Prerequisites
An understanding of structural terminology is favourable, and experience with the Windows operating system is required.
Courseware
A White Frog eBook is included in your course cost and is valid for 12 months once activated. The eBooks are registered to the email address you booked the Cadpro training course with and will be sent to you after the course is completed. Due to licensing restrictions, the eBook is stored in Dropbox and cannot be downloaded or printed.
A printed manual can be supplied for $100 + GST and delivery. If you wish to have eBook access on an email address that is different to the address you registered with, there is a charge of $69 + GST.
Certification
Once a course evaluation is completed by attendees, an Autodesk certificate of completion is issued. You must complete the evaluation within thirty days of the course to receive the certification.
